Lesson Update (Wednesday)
Our lessons for today...
English
(1) We revisited the folktale 'The Red Hill' and answered some inferential questions based on it (Workbook page 30).
(2) Pupils learnt about the different types of verbs - action verb, saying verb and thinking or feeling verb (Textbook page 22). Then they identified these verbs in the folktale 'Never Ride a Tiger' (Workbook page 31).
(What you can do at home: Read English textbook page 22. Then underline with colour pencils the different types of verbs in the folktale 'Never Ride a Tiger' on pages 18-19 of the English textbook - orange for action verbs, blue for saying verbs and green for thinking or feeling verbs).
(3) Pupils did 4 cloze passages (Workbook pages 32-33).
