Role-playing during P.C. lessons
During the pastoral care lesson today, Tommy acted as a boy who found a two-dollar note in the school.
What do you think the boy should do instead?
Ifa, Felicia Peh and Dean teamed up in the next role-play. Felicia acted as a girl who was asked by her mother (Ifa) to get some groceries. Dean acted as a beggar.
Why did the girl lie to her mother that she had given the money to a beggar?
Do you think what she did was right? Why?

the boy is wrong,he should give the money to the police and the girl is also wrong, she should not lie to her mother and should give the beggar.
I think the girl should not lie to her mother. She should show integrity and give the change to her mother.
no , it was wrong the girl should not take the money, she may give some money to the beggar and should not keep the money .
Both the boy and the girl are in the wrong. The boy should have passed the money to the General Office or the teacher. He should not have kept it. he should be honest and not keep the money. I know that money is valuable but integrity is even more valuable to be a good adult in future.
Seeing the poor beggar, the girl should have taken pity on him and should have given the beggar the change. Moreover, she still lied to her mother that she had given the money to the beggar. Just because she wanted her mother to praise her. She is so hard-hearted and did not show compassion. we should not follow her example.
Thanks for your comments. Looks like you've paid attention during the assembly talk on 'Integrity':)
I think the boy and the girl did not show integrity.
